After driving for over forty years with no accidents had the misfortune of having two in six years time. Seriously, suing a nine year old child for riding their bike where they are taught by police to ride their bikes in a neighborhood, because your client was speeding? The car insurance determined it to be her fault rightfully. The lawyers on that woman's side deserve to be disbarred
