Mediator was very pushy about what he thought was fair and what I "should" take. At one point he even told me to watch what I said back to the other side or they might walk. You know what, I don't care if "they" walk. They hurt me for life. I didn't do this to myself. Don't tell me what "you" think I should take. I'm the one who lost 80,000 grand a yr job. I'm 10 years away from retirement and you think I should take their offer. I'll walk so don't worry about "them". The " company" lawyer started with 40,000 dollar offer to settle. It ended with the above words at 120,000 dollars. 18 yrs of service now I'm medically retired by said company for an injury I didn't cause and they've got a mediator relaying messages from the opposition we never laid eyes on. Really don't know if he was even there. But my 24 hr pain and the loss of my job and benefits was only worth 40 to 120,000 to the company and your mediator. This is wrong and furthermore ridiculous. You should try putting yourself in the shoes of the person you say your trying to help.

From the moment I walked through the doors I was made to feel at ease. Smiling faces and warm handshakes from everyone I spoke with.

Gonna sound nuts but the folks are so nice and helpful here and were able to help get everything sorted. Sounds strange but the cookies are good.

Nice place and staff. Had a good visit.
