Bayer and Maguire

Attorney Matt Maguire was hired to settle a Breach of Contract case. After 8 months of occupancy renters refused to pay rent because of a non working pool heater that was repaired less than a month from their notification. Tenants vacated the property without paying rent for three months. Attorney Maguire attempted negotiations with the tenants and prematurely drafted a Mutual Release document that favored the defense. This document was never signed by either party because the contents were incorrect. Attorney Maguire agreed to redraft the document with the correct information but did not do so before withdrawing from the case. This unsigned Mutual Release was later honored in court as a legal binding document against the plaintiff. Attorney Maguire either did not know the law or did not care of its serious consequences. Be aware! I do not recommend.

Calm, respectful, responsible, gives good advice right from beginning and finishes what he started. Mrs. Karen is an Assistant to Mr. Bayer. Great listener, and very supportive. PS Please, protect the Staff by any means possible. They protect you from the microbes, kindly do the same.

Besides the ocean view Mr. Bayer, associates and staff are extremely competent. Relaxed home like atmosphere you will feel comfortable in. What I appreciated was the high level of morality that was displayed.
