This place was amazing! The staff are friendly, personable, and professional , and they really care. Scheduling is easy and they are always on time. I had little hope of returning to a close to normal state after seeing my orthopedist and having been living with excruciating knee pain for months, but with Sam and Kathy and the team’s help, I am now completely pain free and off of cortisone shots. So glad I went here, by far the best PT experience I’ve ever had.

Samantha Fisk, Kathleen Alix and Andrea the Patient Care Coordinator went above and beyond in their care for me. Sam, with her tenacious desire to see me through to the end of my therapy, even though at times I wanted to quit. Thank you Sam, I wouldn’t have made it without you. Kathy, Your humor brought joy and a smile to my face. You made me feel like a friend instead of a client. Andrea, thank you for your grace and patience during my many schedule changes. You rock! The whole team at Bay State Physical Therapy is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Bay State Physical Therapy did an amazing job from the check-in process to the staff of high quality physical therapists. They will have you feeling better in no time! I felt well taken care of every time I walked in the door.

The team at Bay State has been wonderful. From getting an appt and scheduling to my weekly therapy sessions, I am comfortable and valued as a patient. My progress is improving and I feel better after each appt. They are patient and kind on the days when I can’t push myself. Overall I am doing better and look forward to my recovery.

Sam, Kathy, and Becky have all contributed to helping relieve the intense pain from a torn tendon that I was experiencing for over a year! They are all very patient, enjoyable to talk to, and are very knowledgable in their field. Thank you for helping to restore my strength and flexibility!
