My entire experience with this firm exceed my expectations in every regard. Throughout the entire process I felt that I was in the best hands possible. John Kauffman, the attorney who represented me, always had my best interest in mind, while also giving me the freedom to make whichever decision I deemed best as the case moved along. This was the first time I have been put into a situation where I needed to seek council to represent me against an insurance company. I hired John Kauffman as my attorney after I was in a high speed head on collision with another family member. The other party was at fault and had no insurance. It was a battle to say the least. He not only took our case on and worked very hard for 16 months. But was a pleasure to work with and was always there when we had questions and struggles through the process. Steve Franklin was an amazing attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable about the law in regards to my car insurance which was very helpful. He was caring and made sure at the end of my case that I didn't have any outstanding medical bills! Terri was also very nice & helpful and made sure to keep me updated on my case via phone calls & email. Steve made sure I didn't miss more work by offering meetings after work!
