Sent someone else’s foreclosure paperwork to our house, I called immediately to have them come pick it up and deliver it to the right address. They were not interested in sending their courier back but instead had me toss it. Unfortunate because the people who’s house is being foreclosed will never receive their documents.
Have not returned even ONE phone call. Have sent me a letter reguarding a "foreclosure" while I've already halted the process and have gone thru a modification process with my lender directly,I'm assuming they're preying on people that cannot afford to fight them off? But I wouldn't know unless they responded to a message or five that i have left for them?!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope a person never has to deal with this company, ever! I have made countless calls and sent numerous emails in the past month requesting certain documents. Answered back by not a single call/email. Absolutely awful place to deal with and extremely unprofessional.
Called to speak to an attorney by the name of Dominick Neveux, all I can say is that he is a horrible person. I was so shocked at how RUDE he was.
Rude!! Called twice to ask a legal question that involved a foreclosure twice!!! They NEVER returned my call!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I personally would NEVER use this firm!!
