Applied and it took about 1 year to complete. I really did not have much contact with the office. Pretty much everything was done behind the scenes. However don't look for any updates on the case or where it is standing. I do recommend this firm, my only suggestion is that they would have some contact with the client at least quarterly. It's a long time to wait and understand where the case is standing. That being said I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Good organization, very professional, I was very comfortable in conversing with the staff I was treated with lots of respect and dignity. When you're dealing with people that are completely out of your element you can sometimes feel intimidated, everyone was kind warm and thoughtful. I hope this never a need for a lawyer again but if I have to have one I put that number on speed dial. Thank you
