First person one would speak to generally a secretary and generally one would not deal with rudeness, unprofessionalism or a know-it-all attitude. Calling this legal office that is exactly what you will receive, I am not sure what you will receive if you actually will get to speak with the attorney because, unfortunately I never made it that far due to hanging up on the secretary due to the kind of treatment I was receiving from the secretary.
