Adam Benson seems to have too many cases ongoing and is unable to provide each client with adequate representation. He fails to keep in good communication and relay vital case information in a timely manner. Which has caused unnecessary delays and a waste of time for everyone involved.

This is the worst attorney I have Ever Had out Of 51 years. He lied to me from the beginning.I hired him to reconcile or be divorce fairly. he did nothing and was never prepared for court. he wasted my time by having me provide him everything 3 to 4 times 145 EMAILS even my family come to his office to give him the same things time after time. He never did what he told me he was going to do, like file the divorce after my wife refused consoling. he had 2 contempt of hearings where he did nothing AND WAS NOT PREPARED. He called my wife names. Then ones I got a restraining order he refused to make it a part or the divorce. then he motion the court to get off my case blaming me saying i did not provide him stuff that i did and said i wonted him to do something i didn't heir him to do .facts, 1 I told him many time to not involve his self in stuff that's not part of the devours.2 i gave him everything he needed way before he needed it.fact 3 he didn't help with reconciling. good thing i got notes recordings and witnesses they may help when i sue him.

I have been using Ryan in real estate matters over 10 years over a dozen transactions Excellent representation and response time.

Has not answered multiple emails dating back 5 months ago. Would not recommend
