I originally used this law firm for the purchase of a home. It was a great experience. Going through a seperation/divorce and I can say the experience was not even close to the first. It was awful! I met with Tyler Fulkerth, and he seemed great with my best interest first-hand. After the initial consultation, it would be days/weeks to get a response back from him. In the last email I sent, I waited over two weeks for a response in an already stressful situation. Find someone who has time to address your needs and make you a priority.

This was the second time I have been to this location. The first time, I was extremely pleased with the experience. The lawyer I had was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly and without my even having going to court . He handled everything. Unfortunately, the second time has not been as successful. Three weeks have passed without so much as a callback. I have been calling to no avail . The issue I needed assistance with has come and gone. I am not sure if I have done the right thing.

Worked with Leighton Myer and he was awesome! Worked really hard to negotiate for me favorable terms for the close of my real estate transaction and was super nice as well. Explains everything, very professional and cool person to work with.

Garry Benson was my lawyer for 2 home purchases in less than a year. His staff treated us like garbage on our 2nd purchase and we will simply never return. We were given multiple excuses for their shortcomings such as short staffed or extremely busy, but they love to take on new clients and provide the lowest possible standard of service to their existing clients. They do not return calls or emails after they take your money. Steer clear of this place. There are plenty of places in Kelowna that actually care for their clients like FH&P or Touchstone Law. Don’t make the mistake.
