Berenbaum Weinshienk, Pc

We were referred to Berenbaum Weinshienk by a friend to help us set up an LLC and an operating agreement. We worked with one attorney and ultimately accomplished what we needed. He did a very good job with our unique situation. However, the final bill was over 3 times the amount estimated. We initially were reluctant to work with them, because the estimate seemed quite high in the first place. The attorney kept us in the dark about what he was billing. Also, in the letter of engagement, it stated that a paralegal would do as much of the work as possible to save costs. All of the work was completed by our attorney, and not a single minute was billed by a paralegal. We ultimately received quality work, but it was not worth the extreme price we paid. We would not recommend BW legal, unless you have an endless budget and enjoy surprise bills.
