Did a Google maps search for "law offices of Kenneth Bergquist" and was sent to this place. I don't know if he is part of this lawfirm but I wouldn't hire him if he were pro bono. He took my money, didn't do what he said he was going to do, missed court deadlines, and charged me $425/hr as if he were worth that. I filed a complaint with the bar association so we'll see what happens.
Stephen Seto is your go-to man for any easement, encroachment, lot line or real estate land issues. He helped my husband and I with an easement, trespass and water rights issue with the best outcome. He also helped my clients resolve a multi year long fight with an REO bank foreclosure encroaching on their property. All resolved perfectly and in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend Seto and his team.
I reside in Texas. My uncle, who lived in San Francisco, past away this year. He left me and my family an inheritance that ended up in probate. I found Chris and his office through a referral. Needless to say, Chris was professional and guided us through the entire process from beginning to end. We settled the matter and received our shares right before Christmas of 2019!! Great job, Chris! And thanks again. I highly recommend hiring Seto Wood & Schweickert to handle your probate issues. - Robert Hockley
I'd recommend working with Steve Seto to anyone. We've worked with him for years and he's been nothing but supporting, knowledgable, and professional. He's been the best attorney we've ever had and an integral part of our team.
Honest, professional, Fair. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of business counsel or representation.
