HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION FOR MY LAWYER, BRIAN BERNARDnBrian was always clear in presenting my options, and was eager to go to bat for me. His steady representation combined with the respect he commands in court and the facts of my case -- resulted in my charges being *dismissed*. He saw to it that Justice prevailed. I highly recommend Mr. Bernard and his very capable team.
In the matter of Gregory Swint, client~Mr. Brian Bernard went above and beyond what he claimed he could do for me. Mr. Brian Bernard, I give you a stellar 5 star rating for your amazing representation in my case! Thank you for returning to me my freedom! God bless you and yours!
Waited over two years and over 10 resets for court date involving a DUI I passed the sobriety test for but the cop felt like he needed to arrest me anyway. This man decided show up one day out of the blue and proceeded to listen to nothing I had to say. Maybe if you're paying him, he might actually put forth some effort, but as a court-appointed he will not give you the time of day. Instead you will spend your time guessing if this man is even paying attention to you, because his eyes are literally going in two different directions at all times, after awhile you get the idea that he isn't paying attention to you at all. Please for the love of god try to get a different attorney, or least one that will show up and care about what you have to say.
PLEASE take your time and money else where. I know plenty of other people went through the same things with!! Brian is very unprofessional and money hungry. He wants to get paid for doing NOTHING. From the very first court date even when payments were up to date, he NEVER showed up. I would wait at court from 8:30 am to 12pm and he still wouldnt show up. He would have his wife reset me. The court dates started in February. The first court date I saw him and actually talked to him since I gave him my down payment was August or September. 7 months, no exaggeration. Then I had to explain again for 3rd time what happen the night of my arrest. The only time I spoke to him outside of court was when I lost my job and he noticed I was backed up a couple payments. Then he started showing up at a decent time and that was basically to ask me for money and to reset me. I got a new job and was paying what I can and he still wasnt working with me. He wants to get paid for doing nothing! Save your time and money.
This man does nothing but collect your money and wants you to wait 6-7 resets so judge can dismiss charges. People don't have time for that. He walks around like he doesn't care one way or another.
