If I could give him zero stars I would. Totally condescending and arrogant. Dismissive of my concerns and would not let me speak about my issues. I've never in my life been treated so horribly. He would rather read the computer than listen to what the patient is telling him.

Dr Wagner was the "doctor on call" when I needed MY doctor. He was rude, insensitive, and shamed me because, I was asking for help! I needed a real doctor, and that's not him! He had NO regard for my health and well-being.

Dr. Wagner and his staff have always treated me kind, they are very patient and understanding and always go the extra mile to make things as easy as possible from my first visit with them until now 8 years later I'm so happy I found them when I did

He is going to ruin Dr Mercado practice. I did like Dr Mercado.. Its a sham Dr Wagner is getting away with messing up New Castle. He had alot of conplaints about of his actions... And noting is done. But.. In New Castle we have very very Dr.. And he know. ???????????? thanks Dr Charles wagner Jr. New Castle loves you.. Ha ha

This doctor is rude and belittling. My husband was treated very poorly by this practice. Won't ever be returning.
