I live in Washington and needed help with an issue in Oklahoma. I found this firm to be very prompt. I called after hours and they returned my calll rreasonably early the next day. Tara was professional and up front about the cost. She was very helpful and kind. She explained things to me so that I understood. Highly recommend.

I have complete faith in this firm, having used three of the lawyers repeatedly in the course of our family owned small business. They defended our company successfully from a client who was trying to fraudulently file on our liability insurance. They also helped us plan the eventual transition of ownership to the next generation and our estate planning with a trust. Rick Martin, Rob Redwine, and Jack Petty are trusted advisors and are our go to people when we have complicated problems that we want handled exactly right.

I highly recommend working with the Bethany Law Center! I worked with them from 2016 -2022 on all of my parent's estate planning needs. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Rick Martin patiently explained my role as POA and Trustee more than once! I don't know what I would have done without their guidance during the final closing processof the Trust in 2021 and 2022 when my parents passed away. They also didn't miss a beat during the height of Covid and the fact that I live on the east coast.

I hate leaving negative reviews in this negative world but I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. We interviewed several attorneys before selecting Ryan Owens and Bethany Law Firm. They took our case and 12,000$. 10 months later after playing phone tag with the other attorney and spending over 6000$ of our money we get a dear John email from Ryan saying his case load has filled and he can’t continue with the matter??? We didn’t agree to that. We paid money to be represented and without warning we were just dropped because a case load was full? When my case load gets full I have to actually work to decrease the load not put it off on someone else or worse just tell them tough luck because I’m lazy?? I just hope this helps someone avoid Ryan Owens and Bethany law firm.

The Bethany Law Center is the best you can have for your legal needs. They did a great job for me and my family in a timely manner and very resealable fee. I do appreciate the work they did.
