We just had our estate planning done by Betsy and her team. While it is not fun to think about these things, it was a great experience from start to finish and I'm glad we finally had it done. Betsy walked us through the process, patiently explained all documents, details, exceptions, and guided us considering our family's circumstances. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I recently had my estate plan done by Betsy Wurdeman and I am happy with the service provided. I got all the documents provided in pdf format and everything from a will to medical power of attorney is done. I filled out a questionnaire beforehand and after a couple of weeks I received the completed documents to review. We had an in person meeting to sign the documents and get paper copies. I can recommend her without reservations.

Betsy is an amazing attorney. She listened to me and made modifications to the original plan as requested. She was active in advising best practices up front so there was little rework needed when the estate plan documents were presented to me for review/modification. During the process, she asked questions to help me think through what would make this an easier process for my family and what would make this a "timeless" or flexible estate plan. She was able to complete this process for me quickly, efficiently, and without error. She came to my home to notarize/witness the final plan. It doesn't get easy more convenient than that. I want to add she is extremely kind, understanding, competent, and caring. Because of her business acumen, organization, and demeanor, her process is an exceptional experience.
