Beverly Proctor-Donald came highly recommended by three different people to represent my son with his quest to modify his shared parenting plan (one of those recommendations was another attorney whom Beverly represented in a divorce/custody case). So far, she and her staff have proven to be outstanding, caring, compassionate, ethical, and a TRUE advocate for her client! To be honest, my son's experience with his previous attorney left him feeling like they weren't paying enough attention to his case and poor communication. My son finally feels since hiring Beverly that he has an attorney who is truly on his side and wants what's best for him and his children. Beverly is amazing! Very professional, and gets things done, I filed for custody of my daughter and had temporary custody within 48 hours of filing. My ex husband is difficult so I figured it would drag on for months and months, but Beverly got everything done within a very short time frame, and it didn't cost an arm and leg.
