UNBELIEVABLE service and quality! We brought our car to Bob and never would've imagined he would've fixed our run flat that had a nail in it for free. Truly genuine and couldn't believe the hospitality! Thanks Bob, you've got my mark for anything "tire" moving forward

So i visited Big O Tires a couple weeks ago, i have to admit, the service is good and the quality of work is great. The moment you get down from you vehicle there is someone to greet you at the door and welcome you inside. I had to make two trips with two different vehicles that day to get the snow tires put on. Both times i arrived i was greeted and assisted right away. They were pretty busy that day but still took time to give me updates about my vehicles and offered me water and coffee. The service manager Robert Barkwill is doing a great job with his staff and personnel and i highly recommend anyone looking for tire servicing to take your vehicle to Big O Tires!

I've been here a few times. They've always done me right! I work close so they even offered to take me to work while they worked on my vehicle. I was in and out in a reasonable time and was quoted a good price for tires and service on my tires. Good place. Thanks

I've been coming to this Big-O with my two Tundra's for 10yrs for tires and various service. They've always done my vehicles and me right. Like any biz today, retaining skilled labor is a challenge; the managers of this shop are doing their best. After doing $1000 of service just days ago, I stopped by today to ask a few questions about the work done & get a part replaced. The DM James happened to be there as well as manager Jesse... they both were proactive to answer my questions to satisfaction (in fact they exceeded it, because they saw an over-charge for fluids not used on my truck and then credited it double. I would not have caught that.) nDear store OWNER: THIS type of service is what brings customers back & gets us to refer our friends to you. Please focus on retaining honest, skilled laborers. Cut NO corners. Exceed customer expectations. Earn your profits from repeat business vs. fewer sales with higher mark-ups. Thanks James, Jesse, Bob, Heather, Jonathan & Taylor for your service.

I had one day off in a period of two weeks and realized we were expecting snow before my next day off. And I'd been procrastinating getting tires. I knew that everybody was winterizing, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in last minute but I called Big O and they told me they'd take care of me. Jesse was polite and helpful on the phone and helped me pick out tires within my budget. And when I got there, Bob Barkwill was ready to take the car in and get her going. I was in and out in fairly quickly. It took less time than my dealership took to do an oil change! I'm going to start going to Big O for those too... Top notch service!
