Joshua Carl seemed really genuine it first. Friendly enough, seemed really knowledgeable. We only had one meeting with him concerning a divorce and custody case, but I'm glad it didn't work out with him. Just like it was stated in other reviews, he never returned our calls and he kept our paperwork. We were able to get another lawyer just in time to respond in court at our deadline. We only met with him once but his business practices are not very professional, I would not recommend him.

Do not i mean do not get this man as your lawyer! He is lazy, incompetent, and only cares about the money you will give him. He is very disorganized his assistant is just as incompetent as he is. She isn't even a paralegal. She never answers calls he never responds to messages. He's mediocre at best in the court room. I watched as my ex wife who didn't even have a lawyer mind you come more prepared then he did enough so in fact when he tried to stump her with "can you prove it" she said yes didn't you see it in the exhibits I provided you. At that point he shut down and had nothing to say as I sat back and watched as my divorce and custody case unravelled before my eyes. He is very new to his profession. The way he deals with his clients is atrocious. Please don't be the client he still has to practice with to get the hang of the way he should handle his clients and the way he should conuct himself in the court room as far as giving a 110% and being well prepared for YOU like he should be. Please dont take what i say with a grain of salt your case depends on it!

Six months now and he still hasn't returned our phone calls. We have went back to the office and his assistant told us that he was on vacation. I am absolutely appalled by this man. His law degree needs to be revocked for not following through with his agreements to a client.
