Michelle Olsen and all others with Birkholz have been incredible to work with and I would recommend her HANDS DOWN to any father looking to foster a relationship with their child or children. She always kept me in the loop and I was never left wondering what was going on, she was understanding and quick to respond anytime I had a question as well. It is stressful enough starting the process not knowing how things will turn out but Michelle and all involved made it that much less through it and well after.

Jake had a fine way of getting under the skin of the opposing party, making them break "character" which allowed the court to see the real truths in this parenting time matter. Jake was very knowledgeable in this whole ordeal and was able to give suggestions that would benefit me and my family. He was able to coach me on what to expect at our hearing, he gave me pointers on how the opposing party's counsel operated. His guidance help me through this very stressful situation, smoothly. I worked with Michelle as well. She helped with some portions of this case, since it was a bit, and her knowledge and work done was also amazing.
