The absolute best New Jersey style pizza around. Our service was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you want a relaxed experience with great service and excellent pies, Black Balsam & Blue is a must! As Bluffton residents it's our favorite pie! We had the date wrapped appetizer it was rich and delicious, with a large pizza. The crust is unique and so amazing, the tomato sauce so fresh.

Amazing pies, best crust I have had since I lived in NJ, delicious toppings, and phenomenal appetizers. I can't say enough good things about the pizza. Impeccable beer selection. nnAdditionally the decor is gorgeous. The wood work, metal work, and glassware are world class

I went by on Saturday and had a small cheese pizza. At first, I had a little trepidation: the menu described the sauce as made with "magical tomatoes". But if anything, that description undersold their delicious nature. The sauce was complex; it had a subtle sweetness and spice that I really loved and enjoyed. Under that sauce was a dough that held it's form well, and was thin enough to be light while delivering its own taste. nnOverall, I really enjoyed my pizza at Black Balsam and Blue, and I know I'll be back there in the future.

Sour dough is a lost art... If your lucky enough to get one of their 7 day dough pizza's you will truly appreciate! All fresh ingredients, great red sauce.nAbsolutely delicious... A Must!
