Fun, fishing. I got a garnishment for an extremely small amount a weirdly small amount. But I've received no bill in this amount no mail saying I have a bill no clue what this bill is in relation to. Just a garnishment and that seems really weird because there should have been a court order and I think I would know if I got a court order.

Never received any kind of paperwork for a judgment, and then my wages were garnished. I paid everything in full promptly and was told it would take 14 to 20 days to stop the garnishment. They have yet to send any paperwork to my employer to stop the garnishment, and it has almost been 2 months. I have called multiple times, and it's the same song and dance. We sent the release. Well, come to find out they sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES. Get it together and be a professional company, especially when you are literally taking hundreds of dollars from people. I was treated horribly when I explained that the address they had was completely inaccurate, and it was such an inconvenience for her to "request" that it be sent to the correct address. I also asked if they could just fax the release since we are going on 2 months with garnishing after I had already paid a month before that. Again, it was a huge inconvenience for her. I am beyond disappointed.

I owed money. They did their job and served court papers. I went to court and had a new college grad who was working their cases. (AN AWFUL LOT OF CASES) He was doing his best to work out a deal. What he was going to ask the judge for.. believe it or not, I was going to pay more. The judge asked me if this was a problem. The judge told him he would be a fool not to take it. I have been paying off for years. If I miss a payment, I get a phone call. They always leave a message. They are always willing to work with me. Things happen, and they have never given me grief. Any communication is because they need to. I was given an extension to call for my payments and I 90% of the time get a return call the same day. I can't see them being rude. Persistent is VERY different from rude. The payment people always ask how things are going. Maybe kindness given is kindness received. Stop ragging on a bunch of people doing their job.

This is a collection agency - they buy bad debt and zombie debt - most of the time they can't prove they even own the debt! Get an attorney and fight them!

Ok so I had a garnishment I paid extra on the side outside of the garnishment..so did my job & when I requested reimbursement for my overpayment they came with a list of hidden fees they didn't address in one letter to myself or my HR dept..they maybe attorneys but they are scammers too..I have contacted my own attorney & the BBB
