Miranda did a hell of a job representing us and I couldn’t imagine what our life would be like today without her skills, knowledge, tenacity and most importantly her compassion & dedication as an attorney. She worked tirelessly, diligently and cared about her clients. There were many pertinent incidents that came up on nights, weekends & even on holidays. We are going on almost ten years working with Miranda and through it all she took every matter very seriously. I felt like she was “wearing my shoes”. I feel like “I grew up” and learned so much working with her and it really helped me gain more confidence about pursuing and fighting for what my son and I deserved. Drum roll… I must say the biggest flex that I am really proud about working with Miranda is she assisted us through a very lengthy battle through the pandemic that involved CPS, Law Enforcement, countless counseling sessions and hearings scheduled almost every month. but she never gave up on us and I can tell she really put her heart into working on our case. Our case made it to the Court of Appeals in Lansing and succeeded there. ???? Our most recent case was petitioning the courts for a permit to travel and a signed document to secure a passport for my son that the opposing party denied after exhausting all efforts trying NOT to involve the courts. Well, despite the intimidating tactics and months of purposely dragging the case longer by the opposing party we were finally awarded a permit to travel and a signed passport along with court and legal fees reimbursement. After 10 years of waiting, lots of praying and waiting I finally was able to take my son to the Philippines for a vacation to be reunited with his maternal immediate and extended family which was a much awaited reunion and was such a big deal for us. This case has really impacted me as a person, as a wife and as a Mom. It impacted our family dynamics and over all has brought me a whole new strength & confidence. Life gets really hard when you go through a high conflict divorce & custody case and it puts life into perspective but you have to keep fighting. I honestly don’t think I would’ve made it through it all if I didn’t hire Miranda. She was honest, professional, explained pros and cons for every situation. Though our case is very high conflict, she took her time and listened. She always gave realistic advice and I really appreciated that about her. Miranda, you have no idea how much you have changed our lives. I may have never said it to you in person but I hope this honest review finds you well. With some tears on my cheeks a heart-felt Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Miranda Bailey Quick from Harris Law is worth every Penny. Hire her ???????? Attached is a much awaited family photo of the decade with our families in the Philippines. This wouldn’t be possible without Miranda with Harris Law in Gaylord, Michigan.

Michael Klagstad assisted us with a matter. He was professional, competent, and efficient in his handling of the matter. As a result of his actions we reached an ideal conclusion. I will recommend him to friends in the area.

By far the most unprofessional law firm.I’m speaking about Miranda Bailey Quick. After our mother passed away, my sister and I had a few questions regarding the TRUST my mother had set up. We did not want to make this call because we were devastated over the loss of our Mother. Miranda Bailey Quick was dismissive , ABRASIVE and condescending. I guess she assumed we had attended law school since our last meeting with her and should understand all these terms and conditions. It’s interesting because before she received the $4000 plus from our mother, she was somewhat attentive. I was able to receive free legal advice from multiple attorneys in Oakland County, which is a major county outside of Detroit. All the attorneys that I spoke to, they could not believe how I was treated and how dismissive she was. To top things off there was a MAJOR MISTAKE on the Trust’s LEGAL DOCUMENTS. Because of this mistake, it caused a serious delay in the proceedings that we had to do after our mother’s death. My sister and I had to go back-and-forth three times to the Register of deeds in Atlanta, Michigan because of this mistake. Which was quite stressful to get there and want to take care of business and you can’t. I should bill her for our time, energy, mental anguish and gas mileage because of her negligence of not proofreading the Legal documents. I would say all in all that was probably 5 +hours or more. Well, actually a lot more than that considering I live four hours away. But I guess our time doesn’t matter to Ms QUICK! Because of her Firms mistake of not proofreading THE TRUST’S documents that are important, we had to do needless running around. When we are grieving the loss of our Mother. That was the last thing we wanted to do. This cost us our time and energy; and also very stressful so I would say for the bill that I owe her we should be even. She might actually owe us money for our time and energy. Then to present a bill over a year later ? For what exactly did MS QUICK do? We talked to her unprofessional “paralegal ???” Who interest interestingly, enough is no longer employed there. So while my sister and I were waiting for the so-called paralegal to fix the TRUST’s MISTAKE, we engaged in some idle chitchat with her ” paralegal “ for which we were charged. I didn’t realize you could be charged for talking about music, the weather and everything in between. We went into that office to have them correct the mistake that MS. QUICKS firm made. An important mistake that that caused unnecessary running around after our mother’s death..At the very tail end of the conversation with this casual, very unprofessional so called paralegal. With her lack of vocabulary and quite rough around the edges and and in no means professional (not what you would expect at a law firm )So once again, we’re off to Atlanta for what would be a total of the 4 times. This could have been dealt with the first time had her firm proofread the documents that cost $4000 for the trust that’s quite a bit of money you think it would’ve been proofread baby one or two times I guess our time is inconsequential and insignificant to Ms MIRANDA BAILEY QUICK. in my heart I believe she was angry because I didn’t retain her services for a matter that was ended up being insignificant and I realize that I didn’t contact her back. She wanted to charge me $1000. I probably wouldn’t even be able to ask any questions for that because after our mother died, we were on our own. I see why a lot of lawyers have a bad reputation and are known as pettifoggers.

Finding the right Law office is vital! My experience with the Law Firm of Daniel Harris was amazing! Every time I stopped into the law firm I was greeted. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. I personally used Miranda Bailey-Quick. She is knowledge, thorough, and understanding! I loved knowing I had someone I could communicate with to get questions answered. Anytime I spoke with her she took the time to really listen and retain the information I provided. That is the best feeling ever! If I ever need counsel in the future I will definitely go back to the Law Firm of Daniel Harris.
