Really great people. I was seeking help with a credit reporting error. I ended up not being able to open a case with Boss but they still found the resources for me elsewhere where such a case can be handled. They even did the write up for me to open a credit dispute without any charge. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Maybe it's because there was more than they could handle. But I missed out on selling my house in June due to them handling everything for the buyer. Paperwork was not in in time and they had to request an extension. Buyer backed out 6 days before the new closing date. Now here I am paying for two home with no choice due to military relocation. I will say the people were friendly and professional when it came to phone conversations
