Bill Bowen, where to start with this man. nI did not hire Bill to be my attorney, I simply called him on a chance that I may need him. I left him a voice mail stating my situation, unknown to me that he technically couldn't help my case. HOWEVER, Bill still called me back as soon as he could, and explained in full detail why my case wouldn't need his service. He talked it through with me and made sure he understood everything and that I understood everything. He asked me just as many questions as I asked him. He made you feel like everything you had to say mattered to him, because it DID. He didn't treat my situation like it was a waste of his time, even though my case cannot have an attorney. He just took 6-7 minutes of his day to do as much as he could for someone he doesn't even know. I can't say enough nice things about Bill. I hope I don't ever need an attorney, but if I ever do, he will be the only person I will call.
