DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT EVER use Bill Bowen. He drops his cases if you challenge him in any way. He can't keep clients or partners or administration staff. He did nothing, and I mean nothing on my case for 2+ years. I met with him time after time, hour after hour and he did nothing but talk about himself and other clients (never names, places etc). Then one day I call to confront him. I had lost my car and place to live and he didn't like that I questioned him on why my case was not filed. The Pandemic hit and he drops me. I wasn't surprised, he drops all clients who questions him. So if you want an attorney who does no work, strings you along, only talks of himself and how wonderful he thinks he is and then dumps you when it is time to work, by all means. He is the guy for you! P.s he came recommended and I will be sure to tell them all, BAD apple.

I had worry of an ex tenant threatening to sue me for multiple issues & needed a consultation. William Bowen gladly consulted me over the phone&eased my fears &gave me peace at mind i needed in about 15mins. He got the facts from me&rationally explained everything to me. He didnt sugar coat anything&explained to me the different aspects of the law that governed my problems. Very competent, calm&nice lawyer.
