When the Insurance company paid some bills incorrectly, instead of paying us, they told us it was up to us to go after the medical providers to get our money back. Don aggressively went after the insurance company and got us the money. He was very professional in all matters, very empathetic to my wife's injuries and recovery and was very successful in settling this situation to our satisfaction.
