I've been a client of Sean Poltrack since early 2000, he's represented my families interests in various cases, ranging from helping with an insurance claim for valuables stolen, recovery of money owed, family/custody cases, business set up/Corp maintenance as well as legal document creation for our business process. He has always been a reliable, valuable resource for us and has a courtroom manor that is well worth his hourly rate. I highly recommend Sean and his firm. Contrary to some of the other reviews here, I have not experienced anything but professionalism and believe the charges I've incurred for services are certainly fair and just given the knowledge and expertise employed on our behalf. Having gone the route of representing myself and suffering the consequences, I would say save yourself and employ this reputable firm.

Avoid this group unless you are looking to get ripped off by an attorney. Do you want your phone calls ignored? Want to file your own paperwork and receive a bill for it? Want to be harrassed for money you don't owe them because they never performed the duties that were asked of them. To add insult to injury, the opposing attorney settled the case and filed the paperwork on both our behalf. Yet this group wants to get paid...what do you think.. does this sound like a good attorney for you? Think again.

just as good as a public defender only you have to pay them thousands. they were useless in my case and allowed the states attorney to walk all over me because they're all friends and work together and make back door deals to benefit their positions in the local government and legal system. do not trust them
