Brad Sherman listened to my case without judgment and helped me come to the best decisions for my family. He offered all the alternatives and when I made my choices he did not stop working until we were there. He even worked with me after hours and on weekends and stood by me when I hesitated and wanted to change my mind. He helped instill confidence in me during the hardest time of my life. Brad Sherman must have a good reputation at the courts as everyone seemed to know and like him. He spoke eloquently and intelligently, expressing to the judge things I could never put in words so clearly and thoughtfully. At the initial consultation he lay everything out in a way I could understand. His staff was so helpful and experienced, too. They were always willing to help even on their lunch break, answering my questions and listening to my concerns and doing the work to make it easier for me. Brad and the company made our visits as enjoyable as they could be. If Brad Sherman says he can help, you're in good hands. Thank you to the whole staff.

Ruthless and Insensitive, Sherman is by far the most non-empathetic Family lawyer in Volusia County. Not to mention, the most selfish one. I suppose the selfishness and insensitivity goes hand-in-hand. I paid Sherman $750 in June to file and show up in court with me - in Sept- by the middle of August he was sending papers in the mail and having voicemails left on my phone stating that he needed another payment of $750. I knew there was no need for another 750 so therefore I did not respond or comply. One month later he sent me a motion to withdraw, Literally four 1/2 weeks before the court date. We did a zoom meeting with the judge I gave him “permission” to withdraw and now I am without an attorney & without $750 and my hearing is this Monday ( September 14th) He would not even consider mailing what the pictures of screenshots that I had made (specifically for my case )as evidence ! We’re both an inconvenience to each other schedules, so wouldn’t you think paying for postage to mail my evidence back to me would be professional ? I think a decent person would realize this and agree. From start to finish, the experience with him was brutal. He not only demoralized my self-worth, but spoke to me as if I were incompetent or an inadequate client. Anything I had to say or wanted to ask was always interrupted by him stating “send an email “or “write it down” He even mentioned, that I could pick up my evidence Monday morning, the day of my hearing! Why the F**k would anyone say that? BRAD IS A D**K

On November 26th 2018, I called the Law office of attorney Bradley Sherman and explained my needs/ situation to him. Mr Sherman suggested that I come in that afternoon and fill out the paperwork to get my divorce started. One week later, all necessary paperwork was signed and filed with the clerk. I was kept up to date on the process throughout every step of the way and continuously told that if i had any questions not to hesitate to call. Today, I received the final judgment that my case is complete. I'm very grateful for the assistance I received and would recommend their services

How can I even began to thank this man. I was a military mother who had to fight to get my children back after my service. My ex step mother had left the state, and upon hearing that I was getting out of service, turned my kids over to foster care. This man fought tooth and nail, against every issue, between two states (giving advice, for NJ) he did more work than my other lawyer (one in NJ) never gave up on me, and always had words of encouragement. Thanks to him, my kids came home. I would not only, recommend his services, I would say if this man accepts your case, feel privileged. He is a fighter, whom will fight for you. Mr. Sherman, thank you. I would have given this review so much earlier, but I have had a full plate! Respectfully, Amanda Hurst

Back in March 2020 I retained Mr. Sherman to make a simple adjustment to my co-parenting visitation. Instead, he sent a letter to my ex asking to relocate my son’s primary home. This started major problems between us. He then continued to push the idea of taking primary custody of my son. 6 months later still nothing had happened. He had me filling out paperwork that had nothing to do with what I wanted to get done. 11 months later, I’m still waiting for something to happen. He barely reaches out. When he emails it comes from some vague email entitled “staff”. I would never recommend him to anyone. Waste of my time and money.
