There is something special about this place. My wife and I were celebrating our 6th year anniversary and had a blast. Romantic, nice grounds, ocean view room and a king size bed! Most of the day was spent on beach chairs staring, out into the ocean, And doing absolutely nothing but enjoyed my wife. We were able to enjoy a 1st class dinner at the hotel, the staff was fantastic.. This was the 1st time in a few months that we felt complete normalcy. Couples were out, kids were out, dogs are welcome, live music, and great drinks(soda), my wife did mention that the margaritas were quite good.

Large property allows for good socially distanced respite, and masks required in public spaces...but private patios are very well spaced. Beach not crowded now, allowing for fresh air walks! Food here, at every venue, excellent. Rooms immaculate and sealed after cleaning. Upscale.

Impressive hotel! I enjoyed my stay here a week ago. I thanked your staves for welcoming me nicely. I felt relieved when I stayed here for two days. The price was so friendly to the pocket, so there's nothing to worry about. I will surely recommend you to all of my family and friends! Until next time!

The location is great and history of the hotel is iconic. I am truly disappointed with the management and the staff. Upon arrival, the check in was not a friendly experience. I asked to be upgraded for the second and third night but I was not given the upgrade I asked for and was told I was getting. I was put in a room with construction done on the roof that was right above us. I truly don't understand why they put us in a room where construction is happening. Started 8am in the morning and was nothing but pounding all day. Lastly, I called to ask the front desk a question and I was put on hold for 8 minutes before speaking to a person. I truly wish the customer service was outstanding for such an iconic hotel. Instead of going under a major renovations, the hotel needs to go under a staff renovation to help create a positive experience. The pictures are deceiving of the rooms as well. However, I had a pleasant experience with one of staff members waiting in line as I was given history of the hotel. Be prepared to pay extra for umbrellas and chairs!! You are allowed to bring your own chairs. Accessibility to the beach is very easy and the hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants.

I have been in my life in so many hotels both for work and leisure, but after having spent five days with my family at this grand hotel, I could say without doubts that this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The Hotel is brand new and it’s really fantastic. You have nothing to worry about because the staff members are lovely and very accommodating. I will highly recommend this place.
