Attorneys Richard Breger and Rose Brill were so helpful and accommodating in a will contest case for my grandmother's estate. The case was in Volusia County, Florida and Breger Law Group made arrangements for Mr. Breger to appear via Skype to give his testimony during trial. Mr. Breger had prepared a Last Will & Testament for my Gigi in 1988 while she was living in Miami, Florida. The court ruled that the copy of the will be admitted to probate when the original was "lost or destroyed" by an adverse party. This was not an easy burden to overcome. I could not be more pleased with the Judge's decision to admit the copy of the will in our case. Without Richard and Rose the outcome would have been very different.
