I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle when I was here. I liked that, first and foremost. I had a really good salesman, Mani, who was very personable and easy to work with. He followed up on how I liked my Nissan and got me a good deal, including waiving the relocation fee for the car that I really wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and Mani.
The staff at Brenner was very helpful. From returning our phone call to inquire about the car we were interested in, to making sure all of our questions were answered . Katie was exceptional. She was very attentive and if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. I could tell she genuinely was the type of person who would go out of her way to be as helpful as she could. The staff stayed after hours to accommodate us in the purchase of our new vehicle, since our schedule would not permit us to arrive earlier. The car was very clean for a new used, and smells like it just came from the factory. Those little extras are appreciated. We would definitely buy from Brenner Jeep again. Thank you for our beautiful car and for taking such great car of us. We will definitely let others know of your great service and your professionalism. We couldn't be happier!
Cody shank was an excellent sales rep. Gave excellent advice and knew the vehicle I bought from him inside and out! Everyone was so helpful and I will be buying from here from now on. Also there device department is outstanding!
Go ahead, buy your car here, my experience doing that was fine. DO NOT HAVE THAT CAR YOU BUY SERVICED HERE. I have had my Jeep a few years now and it has been in here a few times. None of the times have been great. Mostly they have been slow and unresponsive and have always kept the car a lot longer than their initial estimate. Though this last time I had a slashed tire and they kept my car in their show for 4 days for a tire change. They called me and told me to come pick the car up at 2:00 PM I arrived there at 2 and they asked me to wait another 20 minutes for the car. I waited. Half an hour later I went backed and asked what was up and they said the tire was on and the car had to be driven around. 30 minutes after that they informed me it was taking a long time because the person who was originally changing the tire on my vehicle put the old tire back on it and was fired soon after. They refused to give me any more details about why this continued to slow down my tire change. An hour later at 4:00 after waiting for 2 hours I finally walked back to the service area to check on my car. They scrambled and a spider me when they saw me. They came to and said my car was ready and offered me 5 free oil changes with them, which were clearly just a ploy to get me to come back to the shop. They explained to me they had replaced the one slashed tire with 2 new ones and were charging me for both but had not asked me about that before presenting me with the bill. I explained the them I preferred not to have the free oil changes with them, as I didn’t want to come back and have my time disrespected. They gave me 10% off of the 2 new tires, even though I only needed one. I went to my car finally and literally all 4 tires looked scuffed and muddy. I asked them why the tires did not look new and they explained that had driven them in the mud to test them. They did not wash my car or the tires after testing them in the mud.
