The Marshall County public defenders office is apparently not educated enough to handle an extradition case, because they've attempted to file a motion to withdraw from my fiance's case. They, specifically Mr. Gainer who claims 30 years of experience, were very negligent to their client and Mr. Gainer failed to meet with his client twice. They certainly did not uphold their ethical duty to the citizens they claim to represent. They did not work in their clients best interest at all, rather manage their cases at their own leisurely convenience.

My case wasn't anything major but I got arrested for having my grandmas legal prescription and my grandma even hand wrote a letter telling my public defender Mr. Curry, That it was her fault and I did nothing wrong and I went too 8 different magistrate court appearances and neither the cops or anyone involved in the case showed up too either one of the 8 court appearances so I believe my case should have just been dropped there and over with . Well Mr Curry didn't care what my grandma who's a witness had to say and he just wanted me to take a dumb plea when I don't have too because for one my grandma admitted it was her prescription and she even told my public defender that I pick up her Meds every month. In the end my public defender didn't help me one bit and was extremely rude too my grandmother as well. IF ANYONE EVER GETS PUBLIC DEFENDER CURRY. REQUEST NEW COUNCIL.
