I just spoke with Mr. Christian, and I must say, even though this was just a consultation, it was a breath of fresh air. He fully explained the ramifications and options of my situation. This attorney might be a great divorce lawyer or family lawyer, but when it comes to a consumer issues he sucks! I paid the fee for the consultation and the contractor decided to take me to court. I let him know and he asked to send a copy, so I did. He had his assistant contact me and she told me he said 2000 if the case goes to trial. He took a copy of the summons, but he didn't contact me his self until 4 weeks later and told me he needed 2000 dollars if I was going to call and ask questions.. of course I had questions ????. Obvious he wasn't out for my best interest! If he didn't want to take the case he should of had some integrity and tell me that instead of trying to rob me like a cash cow! case goes to trial.
