Louis and his team went out of their way for me and my claim. I was injured on the job, and left with a permanent disability that had me having to change my career path. Him and his team not only settled my claim, but went out of their way(and out of his own pocket!) to get me a qrc to help me find a new career path, as I was going to retire doing what i was doing. He had always had breakfast or snacks for my when we had a meeting and always made sure I could contact them morning, day or night. Any day of the week.
