I called Brian's office to ask some questions about getting my deposit back on a place, and I asked the lady that answered if this is a free consultation right? She said yes. Of course I was hesitant in the 1st place, he seemed nice and gave me a consultation which was supposed to be free. I called back at a later time to tell him I was all set and have set up an arrangement to get my money back with the company, Brian said "so do you want me to send the letter out for demand", I said no since I am getting my money back. Brian then sent me a bill in the mail for $100 which is absolutely ridiculous and that's not good business practice. I called and left a message with the front desk, and she called back days later to tell me Brian is charging me and I couldn't believe I Googled his business, and called, asked questions, told him I wasn't interested in a letter and he charges me and I wouldn't recommend him FOR ANYTHING AT ALL SINCE THAT'S HOW HE DOES BUSINESS he is a scam and not fair at all, he could have made a lot of money off me as I'm in the market for a new lawyer and he messed this up badly, please GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU DON'T WANT THE RISK OF BEING SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY!
