We hired Alison to draft and finalize our wills and our advance directives. Alison was complete in her preparation and asked the questions necessary to thoroughly guide our decision and drafting process. She effectively guided us through all the steps necessary to complete this sometimes difficult task with confidence and peace of mind.

Alison Erickson was wonderful to work with. She was highly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. From the moment I met with her to discuss the details of my case, I knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend!

Evan Dobbs is incredible. Empathic, direct, and pleasant to work with. He is calm and assertive in the courtroom. Above all, he is a winner who goes the extra mile. Thank you.

Receptionist need to take some courses in customer service skills. Completely rude. As if we aren’t upset enough going through a divorce. You don’t need to add any extra. So dull and was no help. I was extremely polite and said thank you. Hung up on me. Taking my business elsewhere.

My first experience with Crouse Erickson was with Dalton Reynolds. Dalton came to my hearing unprepared and spent most of his time being told by the commissioner that he had not correctly followed procedure. For the second hearing, I called and called for days and was finally told a couple days before the hearing that Dalton was "not cut out for family law" and was no longer with the firm. David Crouse took over, charged a higher amount, and spent a long time on the phone telling long winded stories and charging me for them. Then they passed my case to Robert Wright, and to his credit, he worked my case for several months before quitting. Alison Erickson took over. She refused to meet with me to discuss strategy, lied to me about whether she was negotiating with opposing council, lied to me about whether she had forgotten to send something on my behalf, and dropped me the second I expressed dissatisfaction with her firm's performance (right after sending a letter threatening to drop me if my retainer balance ever dropped below $3000). That was over a month ago, and they have not returned my retainer balance to me and now Alison is claiming not to know what I'm talking about. These people are an unprofessional mess. I switched to Northwest Family Law and immediately started getting results. Edit: the firm did eventually return the retainer.
