I just completed a continuing legal education course in which Mr. Benno was an instructor. nnIt covered a difficult and obtuse area of law involving conflicting state and federal laws. nnHe did such a good job, and his materials were so well researched and complete... and his analysis so clear.... I thought he deserved a public commendation.
