I hired Mr Russell to handle a family court motion for change in circumstances modification of child support. From my experience with family court you always want a great lawyer who understands family law and most importantly how the judges in cumberland county court rule and what information is needed to get the results in your favor. Mr Russell spent well over an hour during a free of charge meeting which I can say is unheard of. Most lawyers want 100.00 just to meet you. He explained what he could do and what he couldn’t do. He is the type of attorney who wouldn’t take your case if he felt you had no chance in winning your case. In my case my child support was lowered 86.00 a week. Every claim my xwife filed for were denied basically. I can’t leave out Jeannette who is the paralegal who handles all the work load mostly by herself yet she was always kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was even able to get a motion that if I were to try and get from Trenton would have taken me weeks! She is amazing at her profession! He charged a flat fee although I will not say what that fee was it was a fair amount. Remember! You get what you pay for most of the time! From my experience any family court motion with an attorney starts around 1500.00 and up! I highly recommend Mr Brock Russell! He left no question unanswered. He definitely is my new attorney for any future legal matters!

Russell told me a reasonable price at first then offered me to pay a couple hundred more for more of his work and needless to say I just got beat. I highly do not recommend

Typical Lawyer, promises you the world, takes your money then drags his feet. Would not recommend.
