I was told in Sept 2022 that I was able to get free legal advise so I wanted to put together a living will for myself & my husband. To this date, it has never happened. They now do not offer FREE legal advice & it took months to grandfathered me in I'm from Texas & was told that they needed to find a law firm in Texas to handle this. I usually send an email every few months just to let them know that I have not forgotten. I haven't heard from anyone in months. I will NOT leave this undone. I was told that I could get this & I will hound them until I do. RIDICULOUS

An open letter to trifound: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company regarding the tax paperwork for my business. I trusted your company to handle the tax filing process and S-Corporation creation for my company, and I expected nothing less than a professional and accurate service. However, I was gravely disappointed by the incompetence and negligence displayed by your company. It has come to my attention that the tax paperwork and s-corp paperwork filed by your company was not accurate, and it resulted in a significant loss for my business. I have been informed that the tax authorities have identified several errors in the tax return filed by your company, which has led to potential fines and penalties imposed on my company. I am extremely disappointed by this outcome, and I believe that your company should be held accountable for your actions. Your failure to fulfill your obligations has caused significant harm to my business, and I have had to seek the services of a replacement tax company to rectify the errors made by your company. Since you will not respond to my many attempts to contact you, I'm posting this here.

So we had our investment portfolio through them and year by year, we lost services one by one. Now they won't even talk to us without a fee. Not even sendind allocation paperwork. So we will be moving our money.

We have had a terrible time with Stephanie! I am so disappointed. She has claimed to have mailed several items to us and we have not received any of them, including something sent to an employee of mine. Clearly it was never sent. Also Stephanie barely returns calls and she is flat out short and rude. Not happy and will never use them again!
