I used Brittany two different times for a custody case. Our first court hearing, her assistant sent us to the wrong courthouse and by the time they called to let us know, the hearing was already over. Which didn't look very good in a custody battle. But I understood it was a mistake and those happen. I filed new papers back in December of 2017, was told they would send the paper work in to the judge to sign and it would take a few weeks and it'd be done. I already paid the filing fees and everything else to have it done. I have called MULTIPLE times to see if the papers were back yet, each time has been an excuse as to why they weren't back. A few time I called, they had papers that the judge wanted me to fill out and NEVER notified me of for weeks, until I called. It's almost a year later and STILL do not have my papers back. Every time I call it's just an excuse and that they'll contact the court and call me back right away. Never hear from them. Brittany is great, but the front office people need some work.

I was facing a litany of false allegations. I had called around to probably 35 attorneys. Brittany made time to meet with me on short notice the very same day I called.... she put me at ease....and even contacted me on her own personal time to give me positive updates.
