We bought an air conditioner from Weiner a few years ago. The installation went really well and the device always worked reliably. During maintenance recently, it was noticed that the outdoor part was making grinding noises that weren't supposed to be there. However, the device was just a month out of warranty. The Weiner company lobbied the manufacturer to ensure that we received a new replacement device, which was installed today, despite the lack of warranty. Conclusion: Perfect service is also offered after the purchase. The Weiner company is seriously interested in truly satisfying its customers. Full recommendation.
