The guy is a slumlord. He and his disbarred scumbag son, Robert, who still says he's an attorney, don't do ANY maintenance. Robert shows up at properties, unannounced, multiple times and creeps out the female tenants. Robert is very intimidating and abusive. RUN don't walk and never rent from these bad people.
