Seven months after my accident in which the car driver was at fault but died as a result, this attorney had done nothing but send a few emails. Despite my being out of work the entire time due to my injuries and losing my business and causing financial ruin over lack of revenue, this firm did not even make an effort to recover my losses. After much complaining, I got a call from Mr. Buchanan basically saying he couldn't even recover my losses. These guys advertise as Hurt Trucker; but truckers beware, they don't put in the effort for us. I ended up firing them and they charged me $460 for a few emails.

I couldn't find some one to even talk to me and I sent an email on a weekend to Andrew . He called me just a short time later to ask me what was going on. For the first time I realized someone care. I can't say how much it matters in words. I would have been left with nothing. But he made sure I got taken care of and because of him I got my SSD. If I should ever need another attorney I hope he will open an office in Texas. Andrew and his firm are the best without dought.
