This is a review in regards to the grocery pick up and not inside the store. Order scheduled for pick up between 5-6pm Text saying pick up is ready call at 539 to say I'm in the pick up area. Phone just says sorry cannot take your call. Call again. Said it was finishing up be out soon. Wait.... Call again at 615 no answer. Call back...order will be out soon. Waiting... get out and go up to the bay pickup doors talk to a guy. He checks it says I'll bring it right out. It is now 740...2 hours after arrival. Still nothing Guy next to me has been here almost an hour waiting. Only reason I haven't left is because my best friend and her 4 kids are in quarantine for Corona and she ordered the items for me to drop off outside her house because she is stuck for the next 14 days. Let me tell you I will never do a pick up here again. Completely unapologetic. Update: at 804 I finally left without getting my order. 2.5 hours of waiting.... Here I am the next day. I called they held the order. Told me to call on the way and it would be ready. 1255 called said I was in the pick up spot. 130pm still waiting for an order that was suppose to be ready between 5 and 6pm YESTERDAY! Let's see how long I'll sit here today before I freak out and leave.

Out of the other locations in this area (Elm, Downs, and Ridge) this is by far the BEST Walmart! Every time I have shopped here.. the store was clean, shelves were stocked, and employees actually seem eager to help customers. I drive out of my way to go here.

Placed a simple photo order and called to follow up. The only department that actually answered the phone was the deli. Waited until the next day, and got the same treatment. I finally got someone on the line and was transferred to electronics where they did NOT answer. I called back, same deal. I called again and explained that nobody answered. The person said they would let them know, and transfer me back again. I did that twice. Never did get anyone to pick up the phone. Last photo order I will ever place there, and will only shop there if I have no other options.
