Kristen Mason is incredible, she really deserves high praise. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She communicated after hours and worked some nights till 8 pm to get our deal to the settlement table because we were dealing with a lender on the West Coast. As a Realtor, I deal with a lot of paralegals and law groups, Kristen was a breath of fresh air, you are very fortunate to have her working at your office.

Alas a zero star rating is not available so I will settle for one star. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I have been through several home closings and this one by far was the worst. The bank repeatedly called us begging us to please get the lawyers to respond. How often is a bank waiting on a lawyer? Normally it is everyone waiting on the banks to get their portion together. The closing paperwork mislabeled our portion of the HOA fees as the County Real Estate taxes. It has been 8 months since our closing. I am still getting checks from Wells Fargo with explanations of your lawyer incorrectly filled out this portion of the closing documents so please see a refund. What was worse was that the lawyer (She-who-must-not-be-named for fear of being sued) had no clue how difficult this company was to work with. At the closing we tried to discuss it but she said she knew of no difficulties and that we were exaggerating. After reviewing incorrect paperwork for 3 hours at our closing, I saw no need to further discuss their incompetency and left. Also, the walls for the offices didn’t go to the ceiling so it was pseudo private. Please step into my office where your confidence is assured. Absolutely no one in the lobby can hear our conversation because our barn door is closed but the wall only goes up 10 feet. If you believe that then you must never see through Superman’s glasses to Clark Kent. If you want your closing done right, don't come here.

The firm of Butler & College. LLC acted as my closing attorney for the sale of my home in Charleston, SC. The sale turned out to be more of a challenge than it should have been. Demands were made by my buyers at the closing table that exceeded the sales contract that they had signed. Due to the professionalism, patience, and persistence of Butler and College the sale of my home, after some negotiation and conciliation between all parties, was brought to a successful conclusion. We worked with Aggie who was really great. She inherited a huge fiasco when we came to her. We had so many things that had gone wrong and we were over the entire process of selling our condo.
