Unprofessional and tacky. I went to this establishment and heard two employees speaking ill about a client that had inconvenienced them earlier that day. Little did they know I was that exact client. Its understandable to be frustrated with a situation but to openly bash clients in a common area where other clients can hear you is uncouth. It says you don't value the reputation of your business or the privacy our your clients. Do better, Gus Law.

Steve Gustafson and his staff at Gustafson Law are wonderfully professional and really "go the extra mile" to help bring complex real estate closings to successful conclusion, including when international parties and time zones are involved. I highly recommend them.

I closed on my house with this company, and then found out that the seller didn't disclose that there were termites. I thought it would be best to work with Gustafson Law since I had already gone through them. I called 4 times within a 2 week period and left messages each time. Each time, I was told that I would receive a call back, and still have not heard anything back from them. My last call to them was about a month ago...
