Easy to work with. I had a minor traffic infraction (cited for speeding) that they were able to walk me through over the phone, they presented my options clearly, and allowed me to agree on my course of action and submit payment over the phone. I didn't even need to take time off and go to my court date as they represented me throughout the process. They gave me updates promptly, and answered any questions I had in English (not in legal talk). It was a great experience overall.

When I called to get information, I spoke with Jackie Carson, I explained my situation with a speeding ticket that I received. She explained my options and not once did she pressured me into hiring the firm. She was exceptional, helpful and so friendly.. I don't do reviews, but I had to with this firm, with Jackie.
