The Pendas Law Firm

I did an online consultation email, and got a call back from someone at the firm who would not give me her name. She asked me to explain the case and when I did, she told me that she does not handle these types of cases. I replied with well, yes you do according to your website. She stated well this is not the firm, and with attitude, stated "would you like the number to the Florida Bar or not?" I said no I want to talk to an attorney. She said I couldn't speak with an attorney, and I replied, well then if you can't handle my case then why are you calling me? I emailed the firm. She then talked over me "have a good day Mr. Waters" and hung up on me. I immediately called back and said I want to talk to your supervisor. She once again talked over me and said I'll have someone call you tomorrow. The email I got came from a Mitzy. If this is how you all treat your clients then I most certainly don't want to be one. If you can't get clients, it's probably because you have people like her working for you, or in this case, her. This is totally unacceptable behavior and treatment and I for one will NOT tolerate it.

Play to many games after they their money I have been waiting since July to get my check and it's a problem I will not recommend any one to get them if you look at the reviews hays was great Armstrong was great but have left the firm

Don't call Pendas Law. They will ripped you off. I had Pendas Law in Jacksonville Florida. They referred me to Robinson Chiropractor in Jacksonville for treated, who charged me double the amount that is regularly charged for treatments. My insurance Geico paid them $10,058 for my medical bills and they charged additional $3,500 which Geico refused because they was overcharging. I had to pay the additional $3,500 out of my settlement. Pendas and Robinson Chiropractor are crooks. I recommend anybody to go with another law firm not Pendas Law. 8-16-22 @12:35 p.m. Stop lying Pendas Law!!! You never informed me. Francesca Flynn who was assigned to my case was never around, I would call for her and she was never available. I found out she was part-time and only available on Wednesdays and Fridays. I called your main office in Orlando to put in a complaint because I was tired of Ms Flynn giving me the run around. I talked to Claudia Roman and informed her about my medical bill. I addressed that Robinson Chiropractor triple charged me. She also brushed my complaint off. Your Firm ripped me off and lied to me. I have phone records and emails to backup my complaints.

This is an Amazing Law firm, attorney Hayes Mathis is Awesome! Very patient and straight to the point, he will Definitely go that extra mile for you. They make you feel like part of the family instead of a client. Ana is as Amazing, her personality is Wonderful! If you want a team to work for you that will have your Best interest at heart, this is the law firm for you.

Without going into too much detail, my case was being handled by the big law firm that you hear on the radio and tv 20 times every hour and was getting no where for a year or more. Very frustrated. I switched to Pendas and Hays took over my case. Within half the time I was with blank & blank law firm, Hays got my case settled without going to court for a sum that dwarfed what the other guys were advising me to take. I highly recommend Hays Mathis not only because he does the work to get it done but he cares about the client and outcome as well! The office staff was awesome as well. Call Hays at Pendas if you want a law firm that will get the job done right!
