This is a reputable and confident Law Firm unfortunately their offices are dated and Warren they could use a nice modern Office Suite

I have dealt wit this group twice now. I can't say enough about them. When purchasing a house just go with them. They make the whole process easy and with very little stress. They stay in contact with you the while time. If I had a question, they had a answer with in an hour or two sometime within minutes. Very professional, and they have no problem calling mortgage companies to help speed the process along.

My wife and I have purchased multiple houses over the time we have been married. To date, this has been the absolute worst experience we have encountered. Nothing was easy and with less than a week out, the seller of the house we were buying decided he was "unwilling" to close when we were targeting to do so. Through all of this, I did not feel that Rich and team fought for my family's best interest. They basically bent over, grabbed their ankles and allowed us to be railroaded into a later closing date. This forced my wife, 3 school-aged kids, and me to have to incur a weeks worth of additional living expenses at a hotel, as well as extended storage fees.nnI would not recommend Rich or his firm at all. A better use of the fee they charged would have been for me to have just burned the money.

These people are incompetent. We hired them when we bought our house... they did the minimum amount of work, were completely unresponsive, and at the end made the wrong calculations for closing costs and asked us for an extra $4000. Also, when I asked to read the deed, they told me no-one read these stuff, and that they had made a title search etc etc and everything was ok. Well after we signed, we realized there was an easement in our property that they had never told us about... I tried contacting them when we discovered that, they never answered. Stay away from them. These people are crooks.
